退款（Refund）是将已支付的资金返还给付款人的操作。

| 全额退款 | 退还全部支付金额 |
| 部分退款 | 退还部分金额 |
- 只能退款到原付款地址（原路退回）
- 退款金额不能超过原支付金额
- 一笔支付可以多次部分退款
- 退款需要支付网络手续费

- 退款完成后会通过 Webhook 通知
